Mr. Muthukrishna is an accomplished professional and has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism sector. In this work tenure, he has worked across profiles from that of a Lobby Manager, Front Office Manager, General Manager, Group General Manager, Vice President, Hotel Consultant, to Proprietor. 

He has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate and Leisure Hotels and additional 10 years as a Proprietor of M/s Green Leaves Inc. He has extensive knowledge in the field of operations, sales, and marketing.

Clarks Safari is happy to announce the appointment of Mr. K Muthukrishna as business development manager of the south zone. He will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing business, and increasing the reach in the trade fraternity, with a special focus on MICE and group tours.

In his professional tenure, he has served reputed brands of the South like Nandhana Group of Hotels – Bangalore, Ramanashree Group of Hotels, etc.

Armed with a 3-year Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Chennai, He started his career with Hotel Savera in Chennai.

Mr.Muthukrishna shares, “I am excited to join Clarks Safari and manage the business development for the south. Fortunately, the hospitality sector has recovered a lot and we all are hoping soon it will reach the pre-pandemic level. Companies are permitting business travel, reservations due to MICA have witnessed growth, and weddings have also played an important role in bringing the hospitality industry back on its tracks. The overall outlook is optimistic for the coming quarters. Due to the concentration of IT companies down South, I would be focusing on corporate tie-ups, pushing group packages, group onsite, etc. Also, I will be implementing new sales techniques that will be beneficial for the brand and will lead to better results. Regular training will be scheduled for sales staff, guiding them on new sales techniques, motivating them, and educating them around new process implementation.”
