The Trial, a launch pad, that allows chefs and foodpreneurs to collaborate and showcase their culinary expertise for a cost, has opened doors in Gurugram. It will enable aspiring chefs and entrepreneurs from across the country to launch themselves alongside veterans of the food industry, giving them an opportunity to showcase their innovation very little investment.
