Shangri-La’s – Eros Hotel, New Delhi has introduced its Street Food Fair showcasing the hawker-style eat street at the hotel’s International cuisine restaurant, Tamra.
From Dilli Ki Chaat to the delicious medley of Mumbai Streets, from the vendors of Bangkok to the tandoors of Nawab, the festival pays homage to global street food, which offers a variety of ever-changing options, reflects inspiring stories, cultures and traditions.
An authentic menu of flavoursome dishes will take centre stage, including Purani Dilli Ki Chaat – offering Samosa Mattra Chaat, Aloo Tikki Chaat, Ram Ladoo, Gol Gappe, Raj Kachori and Palak Patta Chaat. Other Indian specialties include Nizammudin Ki Biryani, Nihari Gosht, Purani Dilli ka Changezi Chicken, Mutton Ki Seekh, Bhatti Ka Paneer and much more.
From the Southeast Asian specialties, guests can try Satay, Som Tam and Hainanese Chicken. Guests may also savour Shawarma, Mexican Wraps, Mini Sliders and London Fried Fish. Dessert lovers can indulge in Kulfi Falooda and Jalebi. Street Banta and Chai Ki Tapri will serve as perfect pairing for the food.
Available every Wednesday and Thursday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Tamra, the dinner buffet is priced at INR 2,750 plus taxes.
