Nitin Visave started as a Manager Engineering at 7 Apple Hotels and Resort; with experience of more than a decade, he has now been promoted to Corporate Deputy General Manager Engineering due to his perseverance, quality of service, and technical expertise. He has also worked with Panoramic Group, The Deltin Resort Daman, and Hiranandani Hospital Powai, among others.
He believes that “Education, Knowledge, and Skills is the Only Combination to Achieve Success.”
On this achievement, Nitin described that engineering division is a trouble-shooter that assists both local and global visitors with problems, resulting in great customer service. Here the challenges will inevitably arise; it is how we respond to them and deliver the best results possible given the constraints of our resources that distinguish a successful engineering team.
Knowing further, he has had an extensive experience at the hotel and resort maintenance, as well as pre-openings, with over 12 years in the hospitality engineering services industry.
To broaden his technical skills, he studied mechanical engineering at Mumbai University and has also obtained a diploma in electrical engineering. He has responded to numerous technical calamities with minimal downtime, restored systems to normal functioning, and carried out operations smoothly.
