Koumaal Kapoor has been appointed as Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager for Novotel Pune and Mercure Lavasa. An alumnus of FHRAI-IHM’s 2009 batch, she joined the hospitality industry in 2009 as a management trainee with The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group. In the past nine years, she has worked with various hospitality brands including InterContinental Hotels Group and Hyatt Hotels.
