The St. Regis Mumbai has come up with an all new ‘Biryani Menu’ prepared with the utmost care, necessary hygiene and safety standards, to savour in the comfort of one’s home. The menu is available until 19th August 2021 via Marriott Bonvoy On Wheels.
Chef Asif Qureshi and his team are all set to recreate the magic of traditional Indian Biryanis, each reflecting the flavours, spices, and herbs synonymous with the region they originated from.
Patrons can treat their taste buds to bryanis from the a la carte biryani section; these include Subz Dum Biryani, Gosht Dum Biryani, Murg Dum Biryani. The Lagan Biryani section is a family size handi meal for four which consists of Gucchi Varqi Biryani, Sikandari Raan Biryani, Murgh Mussallam Biryani.
To go along with these delicious biryanis, the chefs have curated accompaniments such as Mirch Ka Salan, Bhurani Raita, Masala Laccha Pyaaz, Kaali Mirch Ka Pappad, Seviyaaon Ka Muzzaffar.
