Roastery Coffee House opens in Noida

This is the third outlet of the specialty coffee roaster after Kolkata and Hyderabad

Roastery Coffee House, a coffee roaster and café founded in 2017, recently launched its third outlet in Noida. With coffee sourced from the finest coffee farms in India, the brand aims to deliver the ‘crop-to-cup’ experience by offering single-state specialty coffee.

This venture was founded by Nishant Sinha who wanted to bring Indian coffee to the world stage. He started this journey by launching an outlet in Hyderabad in 2017 followed by a second one in Kolkata in 2019.

Commenting on the recent launch, Nishant said, “As we serve our affections hot in a mug for them to relish, we subtly and indirectly help them interact with the farmers of India and the lineage of premium coffee products from the country. Creating a homely atmosphere for them to melt in, Roastery Coffee House is all about connecting with the customers to serve them to the best of our ability and splurging the seeds of Indian coffee culture on the international map.”

He further added, “We have been serving our coffee at Colocal outlets in Chattarpur and Khan Market, thus introducing the coffee to our customers. The remarkable response at Colocal motivated us to bring Roastery Coffee House to the NCR.”

Roastery Coffee House is a zero-waste brand offering an array of products ranging from Mandal Khan Estate, Salwara Estate, Thogarihunkal Estate and Monsoon Malabar brewed via distinct global techniques such as manually brewed coffees like French press, aero-press, pour-over, syphon and others. Adding fresh ingredients in the coffee, including cardamom and cinnamon and serving single state speciality coffee, Roastery Coffee House intends to satiate the coffee cravings of its patrons. The Coffee House also offers Colocal chocolates, a joint venture of handcrafted chocolates by Nishant and his wife, Sheetal Saxena.

Following a retail cum cafe model, Roastery Coffee House is making strides in bringing Indian coffee to the spotlight but not at the expense of the environment. The brand uses every entity to its full potential. For instance, it uses the ruby-red peel that is usually discarded in the coffee-obtaining process to make Cascara (Coffee Cherry Tea). The brand stands proudly as the first ones to introduce and serve Cascara in India.

Spearheading and managing the entire process, from cherry plucking to processing the coffee beans to roasting, grounding and brewing fresh for their customers, Roastery Coffee House ensures that the coffee is ground and brewed live as per online/offline orders and does not use/sell coffee beans roasted any time before 15 days.
