Cold Love Ice Cream introduces new flavours

Cold Love Ice Cream is artisanal ice cream made in small batches, loaded with carefully sourced fresh and all-natural ingredients. The brand’s indulgent range of unusual, carefully crafted flavours are 100% vegetarian and do not contain any artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. This makes Cold Love all-natural ice cream wonderfully wholesome (making every calorie worth it!)

Known for its unique flavours such as Salted Butter Caramel and Boozy Baileys, as well as perennial favourites like Chocolate Fudge-a-licious and Fresh Mango, Cold Love also offers sugar-free, dairy-free and vegan ice cream. And now Delhi’s ice cream lovers can also enjoy an amazing range of ice cream-based desserts at the Cold Love Café at Connaught Place and the Cold Love Dessert Café in Basant Lok Market, Vasant Vihar.

In their Connaught Place café, Cold Love Ice Cream has partnered with Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters to bring the perfect combination of seductively delicious ice cream and freshly roasted coffee under one roof. The Café offers goodies like sundaes, waffles, shakes and affogatos, all made with Cold Love’s unique artisanal ice creams which can be paired with Blue Tokai’s coffee and Suchali’s baked delicacies, or enjoyed on their own.

At the Cold Love Dessert Café, the brand has partnered with Michelin star Chef Suvir Saran and Chef Vardaan Marwah to create a dessert menu like never before! Desserts like Love Bombs, Crème Catalana, Cookie Sandwiches and more such exciting treats are on the menu here.

The brand started in 2019 with Founder and—as he likes to call himself—Chef Executive Officer of Cold Love, Aditya Tripathi making his ice cream at home and then growing the business, just as the Covid pandemic hit the world. Aditya says, “We are fortunate to have customers who not only love our product and keep coming back for more but also give us great suggestions for new flavours of ice cream. Thanks to their love for Cold Love, what began as a weekend hobby for me has grown into a thriving business. Having grown steadily over the last year and a half, we want to become India’s first national artisanal ice cream brand, recognised for both our quality and the unique formulations of our ice cream.”

Cold Love opened two franchisee ice cream parlours in Noida and Jodhpur last year and has plans to open more Cold Love Cafés in Delhi NCR and beyond. The brand also has a successful B2B business, with the ice cream finding its way on to the menus of high-end restaurants such as Tres, Guppy by Ai and the Greenr Café.
