Chef Tanuj Bahuguna has been appointed as the Executive Chef of Kochi Marriott. Hailing from Uttarakhand, he has over 15 years of experience.
Chef Bahuguna is an alumni of IHM Guwahati, who started his Voyage from The Oberoi. Since then, he has been closely associated with organisations like Hyatt Regency, Kochi Marriott Hotel and Le Meridian Paro Riverfront.
He is an expert in contemporary western and Asian cuisine in fine dining. He has been recognized on Medallia and Trip Advisor by numerous guests for his abilities in curating unique dishes.
