Park Balluchi Express announces its first QSR outlet in Gurgaon

Café Park Balluchi opened its first outlet with a model that amalgamates the concepts of a cloud kitchen with that of a QSR. Park Balluchi Express opened its doors for dine-in on 15th September, 2021, in Sushant Lok – 1, Gurgaon.

Subhash Ahuja launched Park Balluchi in 1995 with a vision to bring the original flavors of Afghani cuisine complemented with earthy dishes from the Baluchistan and Multan regions of undivided India. By rebranding it to Café Park Balluchi in 2020, it aims to maintain the charm of North Indian flavors in the form of authentic cuisines with some contemporary tweaking.

Its menu includes several Park Balluchi Express exclusives like ‘Dohra Kebabs’, ‘Murg Potli’, ‘Nawabi Shola and ‘Haryali Chooza’. It also includes dishes like the ‘Kandhari Roganjosh’, ‘Mogewala Kukkad’ and vegetarian delights like the ‘Aloo Dilnaaz’ and ‘Banarsi Seekh Kebab’.

Pankaj Ahuja, who oversaw the brand’s resurgence, said, “After the pandemic, the concept of eating out or fine dining took a back seat. There is a paradigm shift in how people want their meal experience to be shaped, leading to a speedy transition towards cloud kitchens and QSRs. Park Balluchi was fine dining space, and we intend to repeat the same experience with the express food delivery model of Park Balluchi Express.”
