Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach reimagines its food menu

Following Accor’s brand commitment to health, environment and food, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach continues to deliver high quality meals for its guests. Having consistently focused on procuring local and seasonal produce, its kitchen and dining spaces attempt to recover long-forgotten culinary traditions with authentic gastronomic offerings.

The hotel recently curated and recreated its menus at its all day dining destination, The Square, as well as for its in-room dining services. The new menu is the brainchild of its Executive Chef Jerson Fernandes’s who has infused it with his culinary experience of over 14 years. Talking about this, Shreyas Bhagat, F&B Manager at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach said, “Diners at our hotel can always be assured of a gourmand experience with the use of premium ingredients and artisanal techniques.”

The menu is a balance of health, wellness and nutrition with inclusions like root vegetable sandwich, nutty quinoa citrus salad and regional delicacies like Highway Murgh Tikka, Double Butter Chicken, or the desi Aloo Tikka Sizzler. Mumbai’s famous street food classics including the Juhu Bombay Chutney Sandwich, Bombay Pav Bhaji, Keema Pav and Vada Pav, have been re-interpreted while retain its quintessential flavours and textures. The menu also has a signature vegan breakfast keeping in perspective the growing demand for health-oriented offerings.
