Bharadwaj will bring his diverse expertise to Alila Diwa Goa’s three outlets -Vivo, Spice Studio and Edge Bar. He began his professional culinary career in 1995 with The Oberoi Hotels; post a three-year long stint with them he went on to set up Pet Pooja, a multi cuisine catering company in Pune.
Bharadwaj revived and re-enforced standards for Tea Centre, and established its reputation as one of the most elegant restaurants in Mumbai. He also co-founded Joie De Vivre Pvt. Ltd, a holding company specialising in the introduction and implementation of innovative restaurant concepts, in 2003.
