Southern Star Hassan has appointed Mohammed Zulfikar as General Manager. Prior to this, he was the Training Manager for the Sarovar Group of Hotels in Chennai.
In the past, he was associated with the Holiday Inn in Bangalore and in 2004, he was with the DNATA in Dubai. He was also the Principal of Vidya Vikas IHM, Mysore.
Zulfikar has almost two decades of experience and expertise in the field of culinary and tourism. A graduate in Hotel Administration from Mangalore University, he completed his post-graduation in marketing management from Bangalore University. He later completed his Masters in tourism and is a certified trainer for HACCP programs in India.
