Lloyd De Souza has been recently appointed as the Pastry Chef, for the Hyderabad Marriott Hotel and Convention Centre; and Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad.
The chef will be overseeing operations of the Bakery department in the hotel.
He will also be working for the bakery and confectionary menu designing, product development, and skills development of the Bakery team in the hotel.
Chef Lloyd comes with an experience of 10 years in the hospitality industry. Prior to this he was a part of the Taj group and the Claridges.
