Xavier Cappelut has been appointed as the new General Manager of Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach.
In his leadership role, Cappelut is responsible for spearheading operations at the Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach- the flagship property of the Novotel brand in India.
Xavier Cappelut is directly involved in the planning and strategizing of innovations and best practices at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach.
He brings with him 18 years of expertise in the hospitality sector and the Asian markets.
Prior to joining Accor, Xavier Cappelut worked in Food and Beverage Management positions in Tunisia and Florida. In 1996 he relocated to Asia to work with the Accor group of hotels.
Since then he has been involved in various roles across Accor’s renowned brands Sofitel and Novotel in countries including, Vietnam and Indonesia.
