(NULL)

The management of Ramee Guestline Hotel in Juhu has denied negligence on their part in the accidental fall of Aditya Dube, the seven-year-old, who fell from the sixth floor of the hotel on Saturday.

The hotel says the parents did not keep a watch over their son.

Aditya, a grade-three student of Janki Devi School, had gone with his family and their friends to the hotel for dinner. While playing, he fell from a gap that was covered with an acrylic sheet and came crashing down from the sixth floor.

Aditya was rushed to Aarogyanidhi Hospital where he died while undergoing treatment. The family has registered a case against the hotel management and the manager.

The hotel authorities say nobody was allowed to go to the place where the boy fell from and so there was a fence around it.
However, the hotel management said they did not blame the family for approaching the police, but refused to admit their carelessness.
