French hotel group Accor will build its first hotel under the brand name Ibis in the upper-scale Lima district of Miraflores, with an investment of 60 million soles (US$ 21.4 million).
Accor signed a medium-term loan agreement of 38.4 million soles (US$ 13.7 million) to finance this construction.
The hotel will be located near the Larcomar Shopping Center and will start operating in January 2011.
It will have 250 rooms and is targeted at business and leisure travellers alike.
