Hotel Lakend Udaipur (a part of Alka Group of Hotels) has appointed Ajoy Karan as the new Assistant F&B Manager. He has over than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry.
Prior to joining Hotel Lakend Udaipur, Karan was associated with leading hotel brands including The Leela Palace, Radisson Hotel Group and Marriott International. His last assignment was with The Chunda Palace in Udaipur as a Restaurant Manager.
Karan holds a bachelor’s degree in tourism and hospitality service from Utkal University of Culture, Bhubneswar. His responsibilities include improving guest satisfaction by ensuring that the F&B service meets the high brand standards.
On a personal front, he love to travel across the globe and interacting with different people.
