To be recognised and rewarded at the Hotelier India Awards has been a true honour. My work has been recognised by the industry veterans and has made me a frontrunner in hospitality.
My mentors and leaders set a high benchmark of achievements, which pushed me to go the extra mile. Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has provided a thriving work environment for my growth.
The biggest contributors have been Aditya Shamsher Malla, General Manager-Hilton and Vikramjit Singh, President-Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. They drove me to carry out my duties to the best of my abilities and achieve great success.
I hope to find myself moving along with the rapid growth of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited., and make substantial contributions to their overall growth.
I aim to grow as a leader and a mentor for my team, to equip them with the necessary skills to grow and excel in the workplace.
We need more women in leadership roles and I would do what is within my power to give other women the same opportunities I have received in my career thus far.
Over the last few years, the hospitality industry has seen a shift towards equal opportunities in the workplace, for both men and women. This trend is only expected to grow in the years to come.
