Palazzo Versace Dubai by night. It is a 5.5 hectare destination resort that will be one of Dubai’s most outstanding hotel and residential developments. Providing a limited collection of 169 private residences and 213 super-luxury hotel suites all furnished exclusively with specially designed Versace furniture and housed in a 130,000 sq m palace.

The new Palazzo Versace Dubai residence is designed around a majestic grand reception room and entertaining spaces, a series of private terraces, complete with four lavish bedroom suites and a kitchen/breakfast room, all finished with the world’s finest Versace designed mosaics, marble flooring, design motifs and bespoke furniture, fabrics and accessories.

Palazzo Versace Dubai will also feature a fine dining room, Italian restaurant and Pasticceria, all day dining, lounge, pool bars, a health spa, gymnasium, ballroom, conference and private function facilities and a flagship Versace ready-to-wear and fine jewellery boutique, set in landscaped grounds complete with a private marina.

Emirates Sunland Group has confirmed that its AED 2.3bn Palazzo Versace Dubai, one of the UAE’s most highly anticipated five-star hotels and high-end residences, is making excellent progress with its construction, and is now 80% complete. Palazzo Versace Dubai, which will provide an outstanding collection of private residences and luxury hotel suites, is well advanced and is fast becoming a recognisable landmark in the city.
