For the second consecutive year, Hilton tops the Fortune’s best companies to work for list in US

Global hospitality company, Hilton has bagged the top spot on the prestigious 2020 Fortune Best Companies to Work For in the U.S. list for the second consecutive year. The recently unveiled 2020 list features 100 companies throughout the country, who were recognised for their extraordinary workplace culture.

Some findings from this year’s ranking of the 100 Best Companies to Work for:

  • 37% of this year’s 100 Best Companies have a workforce that is more than 50 percent female.
  • 12% of the companies on the list pay 100 percent of health care benefits for full-time employees.
  • Millennials represent 49% of the workforce at the 100 Best Companies, while Gen Z employees constitute 2% of their teams.
