Hyatt Regency Mumbai has appointed Rohan Anand as F&B Manager. He will oversee all F&B operations at the hotel, encompassing ‘Glasshouse’ the all-day dining multi-cuisine restaurant, ‘STAX’ Italian Restaurant, ‘STAX Bar’, ‘The Bakery’ patisserie and confectionery, the in-room dining, the Regency Club Lounge and banquet operations. During a career spanning 11 years, Anand has worked with brands like Taj Hotels, Resorts & Palaces, Sula Vineyards, JHM Interstate India Hotels & Resorts. He also had a brief stint with Canopus Shipping and Trading in Singapore and recently was with flagship property of The Park Hotels in Kolkata.
